He is survived by: his children, Johnie Hoffman, Jr. of Claremore, OK and Bobbi Wooden of Owasso, OK; his close friend Nowita Martin of Idabel, OK; his grandchildren, Tyler, Charlotte Hoffman of Owasso, OK, Thomas Hoffman of Tahlequah, OK and Krisi Everetts of Batesville, AR; and his great grandchildren, Juniper Hoffman, Violet Hoffman and Bexley Everetts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
