He is survived by: his sons, Jason Ryan Arrington of Idabel, OK and Braylen Arrington of Tulsa, OK; his father Henry Mulkey (Mary R.) of Albany, LA; and his siblings, John Russell Hoff (Andrea) of Livingston, LA, John Anthony Arrington of Texas, Michael Russell Mulkey of Idabel, OK, Winona Lynn Russell (Shanon) of Hammond, LA, Tonya Mulkey (Jake Smith) of Garvin, OK and Rosemary Morgan (Chris) of Holly Creek, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
