He was predeceased by: his parents, Wheeler Rozzell and Deloris Rozzell. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rozzell (Bates) of Idabel; his daughter Carissa Hairrell (Rozzell); his son-in-law Jayson Hairrell of Paris, Texas; his sisters, Janie Lilburn (Rozzell) of San Diego and Linda Walkingstick (Rozzell) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Lilburn and Johnny Walkingstick. He is also survived by several nieces, one nephew, other relatives and many friends.
