He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Parks and Martha Ann Wicker Parks; and his siblings, Chester, Jessie, Lola, J. C., Annie and Oliver Junior.
He is survived by: his son Oliver; his wife Evelyn; and his children, Larry Parks (Pam) of Mabank, TX, Michael Parks (Sandra) of Amity, AR, Ronald Parks (Becky) of Boles, AR and Yvonne Steward (Don) of Winthrop, AR. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close friends.
