He is survived by: his wife Haven Campbell; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Charles Adair of Edmond; his grandchildren, Alexa Adair and Douglas Adair II; and his siblings, Betty Burns (Jay) of Oklahoma City and Raymond Campbell of Stillwater. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
