We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2024, at the age of 71, Gary Taylor (Idabel, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Taylor and Dorothy Jean Womack Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Melissa and Cha; his grandchildren, Maeli and Landon of Flower Mound; his children, Amanda Taylor of Redland, John and Kim Taylor; his grandchildren, Bryanna and Austin of Redland; his siblings, Cliff (Shelly) of Hobbs and Sherry (Marc Gargano) of Redland; and his siblings-in-law, Becky (Steve Gibson) of Texarkana, Texas, David (Pam Foster) of Foremen, Arkansas and Karen (Byron Dale Foster). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and their children.

“Garydon, not Gary Don. 1st met Garydon about 60 years ago. WOW. Our friendship was more like a brother connection who see each other and it’s as if no time has passed. Together with other old friends, we, met annually during holidays to catch up, reminisce & regale the many great times of our youth. Garydon: fun, kind, man of God. Good song leader, Bible teacher, and preacher. I will miss him. P.S. always suspected he & Dennis were close because they could use each other's ball glove:-)”
