With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Don Dawson of Idabel, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Dawson and Velma Dawson; his son Chad Dawson; his grandson Clay Dawson; his siblings, Betty Roe, Bonnie Gamble, Charles Dawson and Doug Dawson; and his brother-in-law Jimmie Pugh.
He is survived by: his son Dusty Dawson (Julie) of Idabel; his sisters, Jodi Tyler (Bill) of Valliant and Patti Pugh of Idabel; and his grandchildren, Jake Dawson (Colby Creech) of Idabel, Ty Dawson of Swink and Hannah Dawson of Swink. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
