He is survived by: his brother Jack Johnson (Kimberly); his sisters-in-law, Mary Johnson and Sally Patrick; and his nieces and nephews, Corina Phillips of Saint Cloud, FL, Chris Allen of Sherwood, OK, Sherry Brumley, Daren of Bartlesville, OK, Ashlie Raper, Josh of Valliant, OK, Gary Johnson, Tiffany of Wright City, OK, Ricky Johnson, Kyra of Bethel, OK, Kandie Butler, Bret of Montana, Brandie Johnson of Mt. Herman, OK, Heartley Johnson and Cierra Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
