It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francisco Hernandez-Mendez (Idabel, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignacio Hernandez and Estefana Mendez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Ruiz-Flores of Idabel, OK; his children, Francisco Hernandez Jr. of Abilene, TX, Estefan Hernandez of Sherman, TX, Norma Hernandez-Ruiz of Sherman, TX, Laura Hernandez-Ruiz of Denison, TX and Raquel Hernandez-Ruiz of Denison, TX; his siblings, Lucas Hernandez-Mendez, Agapita Hernandez-Mendez and Isaias Hernandez-Mendez; and his nephews, Marcial Aguilar-Hernandez, Shorty Hernandez, Cirilo Hernandez-Aguilar, Sabino Hernandez-Aguilar, Hector Mendez, Victor Mendez and Ruben Mendez. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several other relatives and friends.
