He was predeceased by: his parents, O. M. Evans and Frances Cooper; and his stepfather W. C. Cooper. He is survived by: his nephews, Reginald Jr. of Las Vegas and Damon Evans.
Do to COVID-19 and lock down in California and Vegas, family cannot attend.
