He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Harvey and Effie Mae Jones Kelly; and his brother Larry Joe Kelly. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his siblings, Betty Moore and Bobby Kelly; and his children, Tina Kelly, Amanda (Kelley Ross), Odie Dillard (Gina) and Barbaradelle (Danny Bias). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
