He was predeceased by: his father Willie Edward Cook; and his brothers, Melvin Cook, Jerry Cook and Jim Cook. He is survived by: his son David Andrew Cook; his siblings, Donna Massey, Louise Griffin and Dale Cook; his former wife Patricia Cook (Edgett); and his daughters, Amanda Ratcliff (Elston) and Carrie Gunville (Elston). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel (1201 Lincoln Rd, Idabel, OK 74745). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
