He is survived by: his wife Sue Willis; his children, Brad Willis (Amber) of Broken Bow, OK, Derek "Dewey" Willis of Idabel, OK and Kara Caskey (Chris) of Tecumseh, OK; his sisters, Carolyn Bohanan of Wright City, OK and Linda Harrison (Gary) of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Matthew Caskey, Aaron Caskey, Kai Caskey, Elijah Caskey, Mikaela Willis and Quinn Willis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
