He was predeceased by: his mother Benton Horn (Brown); and his sister Alice Teague. He is survived by: his parent Hubert Born; his wife Dee; and his children, Billy Horn, Jr. of Valliant, OK, Kathy Spalla of Durant, OK, Cheri Lopez of Harlingen, TX, Robbie Bottorff of Pasadena, TX and Lisa Knight of LaPort, TX. He is also survived by grandchildren, and twenty six great grandchildren.
