We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2024, at the age of 93, Billie Tapley of Idabel, Oklahoma, born in Coleman, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Autry Bumgardner and Minnie Bumgardner; her husband Rudolph Tapley; and her siblings, Minnie Mae Green, Arthur Bumgardner and Carl Bumgardner.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Dale Tapley of Idabel, OK, Cathy Hall (Ronnie) and Teresa Jo Tapley of Idabel, OK; and her grandchildren, Rachel Osborne-Scaff, Jerrod Hall, Kimberlie and Danielle Frady. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
