He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Arthur and Roseanna Frazier (Brandy); his grandson Xzander Bell of Philadelphia, MS; and his siblings, Steven, Eli, David Frazier, Madaline Jessie, Fannie LaSarge, Mary McClure and Anna Stephan.
He is survived by: his children, Vince Ortiz of Dallas, TX, Yolanda and Jeffrey Bell of Philadelphia, MS; his grandchildren, Ariana Ortiz of Dallas, TX, Christian Bell of Philadelphia, MS, Jarrett Jayroe of Philadelphia, MS and Javian Bell of Philadelphia, MS; his brother James "Chun" Frazier of Indiahoma, OK.; and his granddaughter Ari.
