With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbra Francis (Idabel, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 26, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Shipman and Trula Shipman (Stout); her former husband William Fiedler; her husband W. C. Francis Jr.; her sons, Lynn Fiedler and Walter Francis III; her son-in-law Keith Parker; and her sisters, Doris Coleman, Lu Ellen Pierce and Genieve Shipman.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kathy Draper. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; numerous relatives and friends.
