He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ray Paul Smith and Della Pearl Smith; his wife Pam Smith; and his siblings, Oneata Bean and David Ray Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Dylan Smith of Valliant, Dalton Smith of Valliant, Daxton Smith of Valliant and Ashley; his son-in-law Mike Wilson; his siblings, Tim Smith (Heather) of Valliant, George Smith (Donna) of Idabel, John Smith (Twyla Brown) of Idabel, Steve Smith of Valliant and Anna Keys of Leonard, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kash, Khloe, Kaitlin, Kaeleigh and Kyla. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
