She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Mathews; her parents, William Pulte and Gladys Pulte; her children, Rex Mathews, Linda Walker, Oleta Boaldin and Polly Wright; and her siblings, Billy Pulte, Leatrice Mills and Doris Whisenhunt.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Mathews (Rosie) of Gladewater, Tom Mathews (Colleen), Melva McCutcheon of Idabel, Gena Barnett (Craig) of Longview, Anne Smith of Meridian and Joan Ferguson of Idabel, Oklahoma; her siblings, Donald Pulte of Idabel, Oklahoma and Donna Dollarhide of Idabel, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Brittany Ferguson of Idabel, Corey Mathews of Big Sandy and James Parks of Broken Bow. She is also survived by many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
