He is survived by: his mother Gaylene Perry (Bloom) of Weatherford, Oklahoma; his wife Charlotte Pitt; his children, Karessa Perry-Wallace (Johnny) of Jones, Oklahoma and Lyndon Perry (Jessica) of Weatherford, Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Kacidie of Jones, Oklahoma, Kaylie of Jones, Oklahoma and Charleigh of Jones, Oklahoma; his brother Todd Perry (Laura) of Carmel, Indiana; his mother-in-law Judy Pitt; his siblings-in-law, Terry Pitt of Hydro, Oklahoma, H. D. Pitt, Jr. (Holly) of Owasso, Oklahoma and Becky (Chad Hart) of Kingfisher; his nephews, Chris Perry, Dakota Hart and Kale Hart; and his niece Lizzie Perry. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
