She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ambrose and Leona Johnson (Dunnington); her brother Ronnie Johnson; her son-in-law Terral Perry; and her grandmother Mable Dunnington.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Hart (Chad) of Kingfisher, Charlotte Perry of Hydro, H. D. Pitt (Holly) of Owasso and Terry Pitt of Hydro. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Hydro First Responders or to St. Jude's Hospital.
