It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cecil Palmer (Hydro, Oklahoma), born in Seminole, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Mary Ada Palmer (Wilson); his spouse Grace Marie Carter; his brother Arnold; and his children, Clint, Mary Beth and Linda.
He is survived by: his son Roy Palmer of Hydro, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Earlene Ammons of Crescent, Jean Laney of Clarendon and Virginia Manwell of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by four grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.
