He was predeceased by: his parents, O. Z. Duncan and Edith Duncan (Sewell); and his sister Delois Evans. He is survived by: his wife Janice Duncan; his children, Layne Duncan (Vicki) and Dana Hall of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Cassandra Keonke (Brian) of Yukon, OK, Chad Duncan (Pamela), Robert E. Hall III (Lane) and Briahna Hall of Yukon, OK; his great grandchildren, Brayden Yarbrough, Caitlin Yarbrough, Edith Duncan, Eleanor Duncan, Esther Duncan, Brodyn Hall, Carter Hall and Amelia Hall; his brother-in-law Gene Evans of Paden, OK; and his nieces, Ronda Martin and Roseline Cooper. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
