He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dewey Rouse and Billie Ann Rouse (Clark); and his sisters, Gertie Rouse and Rebecca Dinsmore. He is survived by: his wife Margarita; his daughters, Patricia Vinyard of Davis, Kimberly Scaggs (Kirk), Stephanie Garrison (Gina) and Kelly Evertse (Brett); his brothers, Jaybo Rouse (Amy), Larry Rouse (Gayla), Dewey Rouse (Melissa), Tony Rouse (Tonya) of Lindsay and Paul Rouse of Ratliff City; his brother-in-law Bill Dinsmore; and also, Michael Grunke and Clark Bucknell. He is also survived by his family and friends.
