He was predeceased by: his siblings, Howard, William, Roland and Versie. He is survived by: his children, Thelma Hutson of Salem, Diane L. Pacula of Hunter, Tammie Fain of Enid and Raymond Chism of Hunter; and his brothers, Doug Chism of Great Bend and Jim Chism of California. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, fifty-seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
