He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Kitchen (Peck) and Howard Kitchen, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Kitchen; and his children, Katherine Beckton of Enid, Elizabeth Mozingo (John) of Sapulpa, Brandy Harris (Shadae) of Enid and Kyle Kitchen of Hunter. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.
Memorial contributions in Howard's name may be made to The American Lung Association or to the OMRF Cancer Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
