She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Baker and Lillie Ann Baker (Howard); her husband Lee Alvin; her in-laws, Coy and Ida Slape; her siblings, Edna Hilger (Charley), Beulah McFarland (Voss) and Alva Baker (Johnnie Ethel); and her granddaughters, Lisa Faye Richardson (Slape) and Karen Jane Fryar.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Slape (Patsy) and Shirley Flaska (Jim) of Fort Gibson; her grandchildren, Darren Fryar of Fort Gibson, Dana Homier (Sam) of Arcadia and David Slape of Hulbert; her stepgrandsons, Jay Flaska of St. Joseph, MO and Tom Flaska (Corinne) of St. Joseph, MO; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Moffett (Kyle) of Hulbert, Carlee Erwin (Colton) of Muskogee, Ann Homier of Oklahoma City and Brittany Homier of Oklahoma City; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Isabella, Celia Flaska, Abby Dale and Cameron Reynolds; and her great great grandchildren, Caylee Mae Erwin, Addison Paige, Amelia Anne Moffett, Stryker, Makenna Grace, Beckham and Kamdynn Reynolds.
