He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Ann Patton; his son Ricky Lee Stevenson; his parents, Thomas Jefferson Stevenson and Ruth Ann Watkins Stevenson; and his brother Perry Stevenson.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Rodgers of Bixby; his granddaughters, Jamie Meyer (Aaron Meyer) of Tulsa and Katie Wagner (Jesse) of Tulsa; his great grandchildren, Hayden Meyer, Penelope Meyer and Harrison Wagner; his siblings, Jo Loy of Edmond, Shirley Davis of Wentzville and Bill Stevenson of Edmond; and his close friend Donna Good. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many good, good friends.
