He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Clinton; his stepfather Jerry Harris; his brothers, Larry and Dale Clinton; his nephew Michael Clinton; and also Donald Clinton.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Clinton; his brother Mike Clinton (Anita); his sons, Gary Clinton (Stacy), Andrew Clinton (Marsha), Timmy Clinton (Stephanie) and Billy Clinton; his grandchildren, Chance, Race Clinton, Katie Eubanks, Wyatt, Rylee and Chamberlee Clinton; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Trapp, Brynlynne, Ella and Ruby Eubanks.
