He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foreman and Fannie Foreman (Hartness); his son Lawrence Wayne Foreman; and his siblings, Dwight, Johnny Foreman, Rosetta Newbold, Cherry Foreman, Alice Foreman and JoAnn Foreman.

He is survived by: his children, Danny Foreman (Rosa), BJ Foreman (Robbi) of Tahlequah, OK, Deborah Taylor of Dewar, OK, Karla Foreman of Catoosa, OK, Tammy Lyons (Bobby) of Peggs, OK and Nancy Foreman (Brent Webb) of Peggs, OK.. He is also survived by great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
