She is survived by: her children, Randy Fails of Austin, TX, Donna Wallace (Gregg) of Yukon, OK and Linda Langley (Roger) of Hugo, OK; her grandchildren, Josh Fails, Jordan Fails, Andrew Fails, Savannah Emery, Lane Wallace, Jake Self, Jarrod Self and Cody Self; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Emersyn, Samantha, Carper, Alexis, Cord, Kambree, Xadin and Max.
