She is survived by: her daughter Becky Mock Hayworth (Sam); her grandson John Cody Vaughn (Taylor Battiest); and her great grandchildren, Savannah "Kay" Bolger and Chase Bolger. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
