He was predeceased by: his parent Otho Ervin Head Sr.; his brother Lydel Glenn Noah; and his grandmother Levice Noah. He is survived by: his mother Mary Head (Noah) of Hugo, OK; his siblings, Shawn Noah of Soper, OK, Courtney Head of Hugo, OK and Jeremy Head of Durant, OK; his aunt Ann Thomas; and his uncle Ray Thomas. He is also survived by many cousins and numerous friends.
