He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Payne; his children, Missy Penson (Marty) of Messer, OK, Marty Herman (Michelle) of Powderly, TX and Kristi Littlefield (Matt) of Wilson, OK; his daughter-in-law Melissa Herman of Moyers, OK.; his grandchildren, Meagan, Bubba, Makayla, Cameron, Caleb, Cody, Corbin, Connor, Casey and Ducky; and his sister Ramona Waugh. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
