She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Helms and Ruby Helms; and her stepfather Otis "Dee" Hance. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Testa; her daughter Carol Testa; her granddaughter Carole Carter of Moore, OK; and her sister Gaye Fields (Don) of McAlester, OK. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Hugo (3151 E Jackson St, Hugo, OK 74743). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (196 Bearden Spring Rd, Hugo, OK 74743).
