He is survived by: his mother Marion Kaydene Staton, Sr. (Locke); his wife Evelyn Staton; his daughter Jade Lindley Brisbois of Hugo, OK; and his siblings, Margaret Loftin (Lynn) of Messer, OK, Melissa Robinson of Hugo, OK, Jason Staton (Linda) of Hugo, OK, Bobby Jordan (Katy) of Houston, TX, Dennis Staton (Connie) of Hugo, OK and Albert Staton (Wanna) of Hugo, OK.
