It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnne Gibson of Hugo, Oklahoma, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on January 21, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. H. English Sr. and Valma Cleo English (Chandler); and her brother J. H. English Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Gibson; and her children, Richard Gibson of Petrolia, TX, Mark Gibson (Terry) of Boyd, TX, Jay Gibson of Boswell, OK and Christy Mason (Tony) of Boswell, OK. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren along with a host of family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Boswell (921 Hunter Rd, Boswell, OK 74727). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Restland Cemetery (4808 N 4020 Rd, Boswell, OK 74727).
