He is survived by: his wife Gail Marshall Floyd; his children, Scott Floyd (Molly) and Rebecca Floyd-Buisan; his grandchildren, Kyle Floyd (Stephanie), Travis Floyd (Lexi), Arie Floyd Uttecht (Gavin), Micah Floyd (Kirsten), Jillian Floyd (Nick Ward), Macy Floyd and Ruth Floyd; and his great grandchildren, Boone Floyd, Max Uttecht, Judah Floyd and Parker Floyd.
Jimmie's scholastic endeavors, highlighted by a Master's of Divinity from SWBTS in Fort Worth, Texas, further equipped him with the tools to make meaningful contributions to the communities he served.
