He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hooker; his son Jonathan Hooker (Tammy) of Antlers, OK; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hill (Duston) of Antlers, OK, Caleb Hooker (Chelsi) of Antlers, OK and Dillon Hooker (Jaylene) of Antlers, OK; his stepson Brian Pulliam (Sharla) of Hugo, OK; and his stepgrandsons, Jason Pulliam (Mandy) and Jeremy Pulliam (Michelle) of Hugo, OK. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
