Though Gene may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Custer G. Phillips and Alma Phillips (Jacob); and his siblings, Anthony Phillips, Roger Phillips, Leona Vaughn, Marceline Lawson, Christine James and Janet Phillips.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Hugo (3151 E Jackson St, Hugo, OK 74743). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wade Family Cemetery.
