It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Owens of Hugo, Oklahoma, born in Antlers, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Frazier (Brown); and his grandfather Herbert Owens (Mawmaw Etta Mae Owens). He is survived by: his father Clarence Owens; his significant other Tashina Childers; his children, Kolten Childers, Maizen Owens, Marleigh Owens, Maci Owens, Charlie Owens and Savanna Owens; and his siblings, Alex Frazier (Breana), Clarence Owens Jr., Quintan Scales, Kassandra Brown, LaSonya Gage, LaShea Brown, Mickey Owens and Whitney Owens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Hugo (3151 E Jackson St, Hugo, OK 74743). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
