She is survived by: her husband Matt Couch; her children, Darryl Couch (Jackie) of Finley, OK, Darren Couch (Sweetie) of Bells, TX, Heath Couch (Lori) of Antlers, OK and Brandie Newberry (Cody) of Ada, OK; her grandchildren, Matt Couch, Hallee Couch, Holden Couch, Keith Couch, Ryan King, Cory Smith, Hannah Lee, Kadie McAlester, Mattie Davidson and Dalton Davidson; and her sister Dorothy Sluder of Tyler, TX. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
