He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Bell and Cora Emma Bell (Comb); his wife Francis Leona "Delia" Bell; and his siblings, Cecil Bell, Walter Bell, William Bell, Oneida Bell, Bessi Pruitt, Dorothy Davis and Thelma Bell.
He is survived by: his son Keith Bell (Tracy) of Hugo, OK; his grandchild Whitney Bell; and his great grandchildren, Kamren Phillips, Devin Bell and Dayson Bell.
