He is survived by: his wife Lois Smedley (Churchill); his son Brian Smedley; his grandchildren, Tammy Attaway, Sarah Martin and Shannon Smedley; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Isaac, Isabelle and Isaiah; and his siblings, JoAnn Wiglesworth and Coy Smedley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
