He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar and Grace Turner (Brown); and his siblings, W. E. "Bill" Turner, Jr., Hazil Evans and DeLoss Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Turner (Haney); his sons, Ronald D. Turner (Teresa) of Oronogo and Steve A. Turner of Howe, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Josh Short), Jamie (Collin Howard) and Abbyjo Kay Turner of Howe, Oklahoma.; his great grandchildren, Justus Short, Jacob Short, Hudson Howard and Harper Howard; and his brother-in-law Clarence Haney Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
