She was predeceased by: her father Richard Allen; and her sister Jennifer Goforth. She is survived by: her fiancé David Pierce; her daughters, Kynzlee Raelynn Dawn Pierce and Kylee Shea Pierce; her mother Dana Martindale Goforth; her stepfather Dennis Goforth; her brothers, Nicholas Martindale, Justin Goodyear and Dennis Goforth Jr.; and her grandparents, Larry, Lonnie Gardenhire and Mary Martindale. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
