He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Dunn and Murial Kreiger Dunn; his cousin Roy Krieger; and also, Rebecca Dickerson and Charlotte Dunn.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Alva Dunn, Jr. of Hooker, Linda Flageolle of Cabool, Missouri, Charlotte Johnson of Alaska and Diane Smith of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
