He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Patsy Lou Jacobs Minter; his stepdaughter Marcey Erin Ball; and his sisters, Diana Minter, Denette Tindall and Dana Minter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Natasha Minter of Hooker and Alisha Minter of Hooker; and his sister Donna (John Atchison). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandson.
