He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ann Lines of Guymon, Oklahoma.; his children, Jeremy Dale of Redmond, Oregon, Kerri Marie of Hooker, Oklahoma and Iva Lou of Pueblo West, Colorado.; and his grandchildren, Ashton, Emily, Mark, Parker, Steven and Tiberius.
