He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Keith and Gladys Acker Keith. He is survived by: his children, Eric Keith (Wendy) of Hooker, Oklahoma and Jennifer Keith of Liberal, Kansas; his siblings, Bobby Keith of Pratt, Kansas, Minnie Day of Frisco City and Patricia Smith of Coats, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Jessie Keith and Cade Drake.
